DAY 1 Leh: Arrive and acclimatize to the mountains

Upon your arrival at the Leh Airport, the concerned agent’s representative will receive & escort you to your hotel of stay in Leh. Check-in to the hotel and then relax to get rid off the travel fatigue. You and your family have all the time to get acclimatized to the environment of Ladakh as the remaining part of the first day of your Ladakh family holiday package is at leisure. You can choose to stay indoors and enjoy the cozy setting of your hotel to re-energize yourself for next day’s itinerary or you enjoy a stroll in the Leh market with your family in the evening and shop for local handicrafts and other famous things to buy in Leh-Ladakh. The day ends with a cozy overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

DAY 2 Leh: A visit to the famous Pangong Lake

Refuel yourself with a wholesome breakfast at the hotel and then as per the tour itinerary, you will be taken out for a trip to one of the most picturesque high-altitude lakes in the world- the Pangong Tso. The road journey to Pangong is going to be an attraction in itself as you will pass through Chang La Pass which is the second highest motorable mountain pass in the world. The sight of deep gorges and the intimidatingly high snow-capped mountain peaks is something one can only get to witness in Ladakh. As you reach Pangong Lake, you are most likely to be over-awed by the sheer beauty of the lake and calmness that surrounds the beautiful lake. DAY 3 Nubra Village: Travel to Nubra Valley

DAY 5 Kargil: Off to the legend of Kargil

Upon your arrival in Kargil in the evening, complete the check-in formalities at your designated hotel of stay and relax. The day ends with a warm and luxuriating overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 6 Srinagar: “Paradise on the earth” awaits you

Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and then get ready for an exciting drive towards Srinagar via Sonmarg, which is also known as the ‘Meadow of Gold’. On the way, you’ll pass by the world’s coldest inhabited place, Drass. This journey is perhaps one of the most beautiful in your Ladakh family tour till now, so keep your camera handy and make sure to have the most out of it. You’ll reach Srinagar in the evening where you’ll either check into your hotel or houseboat for a cozy overnight stay.

DAY 7 Srinagar: Sightseeing in the valley

The penultimate day of your holiday package lets you explore the ravishing beauty of Srinagar valley. DAY 8 Srinagar: Departure

After a wholesome breakfast at the hotel, get ready to check out from the hotel as your 8 day Ladakh family tour package gets exhausted. You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight transfer back to your city, but not without some great memories.
