DAY 1 Guwahati: Arrival and River Cruise

On your arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Railway station, you will be welcomed by an agent’s representative. After a brief meet and greet session, you will be escorted to the alloted hotel. Check in to the hotel, and relax for some time. In the evening, get ready to enjoy a cruise ride over the Brahmaputra River. Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay. Enjoy a river cruise today

DAY 2 Guwahati: Visit Majuli River Island

After a scrumptious breakfast, gear up for a visit to the world’s largest river island, the Majuli island. The second day of your Assam trip is fully dedicated to the sightseeing tour of Majuli Island. This island is also the cultural capital of Assamese civilization and is famous for numerous events, and festivals that it hosts throughout the year. After exploring the Majuli River Island return to Guwahati for an overnight stay.

DAY 3 Guwahati: Sightseeing and Departure

Kickstart your day with a healthy breakfast, and prepare for a check out from the hotel. These Assam tourism packages include a religious tour on the final day of your trip. This tour includes a visit to the Kamakhya Temple and Umananda Temple and Drop to Airport or Railway Station. Kamakhya Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Kamakhya and is also one of the oldest Shakti Pithas. Take a tour of this temple to gather knowledge about its rich history. Proceed forward to pay a visit to the Umananda Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Get transferred to the airport/ railway station to board your flight/ train back home.
